Every tool here makes a kit you can send to a brand. The difference is where the figures come from: typed in by you, pulled from your accounts when you share, or refreshed on a schedule.

1. OwlScran: a free kit built from your connected accounts

OwlScran builds your kit from your connected Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook accounts. Followers, views, engagement and available audience data come in automatically. You add highlighted videos, case studies and rates.

You send each brand a link with the stats, work and rates you pick for them. A free link in bio comes with the same account.

Check first: A standard share link is a snapshot that expires after seven days, so send a fresh link when your figures change. There is no PDF download.

2. Beacons: a media kit next to a store and email tools

Beacons lists a media kit that updates daily from your linked social accounts on every plan, including free. It sits alongside Beacons’ link in bio, store and email marketing tools.

Its pricing page also lists rate cards, media kit analytics and a custom media kit domain, so check which plan includes the features you need.

Check first: The free plan takes a 9% seller fee on sales through Beacons.

3. CreatorsJet: a dedicated media kit tool with a free plan

CreatorsJet is a dedicated media kit tool. Its free plan includes one media kit with one connected account. Creator Starter, from $12 a month billed yearly, lists daily stats updates and up to three connected accounts.

Creator Pro, from $24 a month billed yearly, adds white-label custom domains, analytics and removal of the CreatorsJet logo.

Check first: Its pricing page does not say how often stats update on the free plan.

4. Linktree: for US creators who already use Linktree

Linktree’s Media Kit builds from your connected Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts plus your Linktree click data. It refreshes daily and covers a rolling 28 days.

It is only available to creators based in the US. Downloading it as a PDF needs a Pro or Premium plan.

Check first: Linktree says its Media Kit is available to creators based in the US, and its help page does not say whether the Free plan can publish a kit.

5. Later: if you already schedule posts there

Later’s media kit pulls your Instagram and TikTok stats into a kit you share by link, alongside its scheduling tools. YouTube is not supported.

You refresh the figures by pressing Update Data, at most once a day. The stats cover the 90 days before your last update.

Check first: Sharing a media kit needs a paid Later plan, and rates are listed in US dollars only.

6. Canva: full control over the design

Canva gives you media kit templates and an editor where you place every image and line of text yourself.

Its media kit page describes designing the kit by hand. It does not mention pulling in your stats, so you type them in and update them yourself.

Check first: Check every figure before you send it, and check Canva’s export options if a brand needs a file.

• Stats that refresh on a schedule? Beacons, or CreatorsJet on Creator Starter (daily stats updates).
• A PDF to attach? Linktree’s Pro plan if you are in the US, or a document you design in Canva.
• Selling products as well? Beacons, or Linktree Pro.
• Already use Later or Linktree? Try the media kit that comes with it first.
