Influencer brand-deal quote template
An influencer brand-deal quote puts a price against a defined campaign brief. Use this free template to show the deliverables, included work, usage scope, dates and options behind your fee. Your rate card gives a starting point; the quote explains what this particular brand is buying.

Start with the brief reference and its date. If the brief changes, the reader should be able to see which version the price covers. Keep open assumptions close to the fee, not buried in a later message.
| Field | What to include |
|---|---|
| Quote reference | Your reference, date, recipient and campaign name. |
| Brief and deliverables | Agreed brief version, platform, format, quantity and publisher. |
| Included work | Concept, production, editing, revision rounds and other named work. |
| Content usage | Specific assets, channels, duration, territory and paid use if agreed. |
| Fee and options | Currency, each line item, included subtotal and separately labelled options. |
| Tax and expenses | Your applicable tax treatment and agreed treatment of expenses. |
| Dates and payment | Delivery schedule, quote validity, invoice timing and payment due dates. |
| Assumptions and next step | Missing information, exclusions and how to confirm the final scope. |
This worksheet records a commercial proposal. Check the agreement used for the campaign, including cancellation and rights terms. It is not a replacement for a contract or tax advice.
A fictional quote in pounds sterling
Illustrative prices only. These figures are invented to explain the quote structure, not market rates or recommended fees. The proposed brief is one recipe Reel published on the creator’s Instagram account. The example includes one consolidated edit round and the finished video, without raw footage.
| Line item | Scope | Example amount |
|---|---|---|
| Concept and production | Recipe idea, filming and editing one Reel. | £600 |
| Publication | One post on the creator’s Instagram account. | £200 |
| Included subtotal | Production and publication described above. | £800 |
| Optional paid use | One named finished video, named brand account, UK, 30 days from agreed start. | £150 |
| Total if that option is accepted | Included work plus the stated paid-use option. | £950 |
The optional line should not look like a charge the brand has already accepted. If it is declined, the quoted included subtotal stays £800. The final quote needs the actual dates, named account, rights terms and tax treatment before it is ready to agree.
Separating the lines helps explain the scope; it does not require you to price every job in this way. A single package fee can work if the included work and exclusions are equally clear.
Make assumptions visible before the total
If the brand has not confirmed the product arrival date, explain that the production schedule depends on it. If it has not said how it wants to use the content, do not quietly bundle in unrestricted paid use.
Name the difference between a revision and a new request. For example, your quote might include one consolidated edit round against the agreed concept, with new concepts or reshoots discussed separately. Use the terms you actually intend to offer, not a fixed rule borrowed from a template.
Content-use permissions can be limited to particular purposes, time and places. The UK government explains copyright licensing. Use the usage-rights worksheet to collect the decisions that your quote needs, then make sure the agreement reflects them.
If you offer exclusivity, state the covered category or named competitors and dates. “No competitors” is not enough detail to assess which future work you would be turning down.
Use performance as context for the fee
A media kit can show available stats, audience evidence and relevant finished work alongside the quote. Choose examples that match the format the brand is buying. Keep historical campaign results distinct from account averages.
Avoid promising future views or sales from a previous result. If the brand needs a forecast, label its assumptions and who supplied them. An illustrative pricing calculator is not evidence of completed deals at that price.
The rate-card guide helps you set out reusable packages. This quote template does a narrower job: recording the final proposed scope for one brief. Update your own figures and terms instead of copying the fictional prices above.
Send the quote with a concrete next step
Before sending, check that the arithmetic, currency and options agree. Make the applicable tax treatment explicit; do not assume every creator has the same tax position. Confirm expenses, invoice timing and payment terms with the brand.
Ask for the missing decision rather than a vague reaction: “Please confirm whether you need the paid-use option and whether the proposed delivery dates work. I can then send the final scope for agreement.” If the brief is complete, state the actual next step for accepting it.
OwlScran lets you add your own packages and prices to a media kit and choose whether to include them in a share. It also supports rate-card PDF export. This campaign quote is a separate editable worksheet. Keep its detailed terms with the campaign agreement, and share the kit to give the brand relevant evidence of your work.

Questions
A few things to know
How is a quote different from a rate card?
A rate card lists reusable packages or starting prices. A quote applies a fee to one campaign’s deliverables, usage and dates. They can be shared together, but the quote should say which brief it covers.
Are the example prices recommended influencer rates?
No. They are fictional numbers chosen to demonstrate line items and arithmetic. Set your own price from the work, costs, scope and commercial terms being discussed.
Should I include tax in the total?
State the tax treatment that applies to your business and make clear whether the displayed amount includes it. Get accounting advice when you are unsure; the template does not determine your tax obligations.
