Replace every bracketed placeholder. Remove any sentence you cannot support.

1. INITIAL PITCH

Subject: [Content idea] for [brand or product]

Hi [name],

I make [type of content] for [audience]. I saw [specific product, campaign or brief] and have an idea for [one sentence describing the content].

[Relevant work link] shows the sort of content I would make. My media kit has my platform stats, audience details and other work: [media kit link].

Are you the right person to speak to about a paid collaboration for [campaign or timeframe]?

Delete "audience details" if they are not in the kit you share.

2. REPLY TO A MEDIA KIT REQUEST

Subject: Re: [existing subject]

Hi [name],

Thanks for sending over [brief or campaign details]. Here is my media kit: [media kit link].

For [specific request], [your answer]. I have included [relevant platform or work sample] for this brief.

To quote for the work, could you confirm [missing deliverables, dates or content usage details]?

Thanks,
[name]

If the brief is complete, replace the question with your quote and its scope.

3. FOLLOW-UP

Hi [name],

Following up on the [content idea or campaign] below. Is this still something you are considering?

If the timing has changed, please let me know and I will leave it there.

BEFORE SENDING

Replace all placeholders. Check every link and any figures quoted in the email.
Open the shared kit outside your signed-in session to check the recipient's view.

OwlScran media kits are free. Connected accounts provide available stats automatically.
Choose what to include each time you share. Shared links are saved snapshots and expire after seven days.
Kit changes do not update an existing shared snapshot. Generate a fresh link for changed information or an expired link.
